It took so long for me to receive that I almost forgot that I ordered from them. 4 weeks is way too long. It took 6 months to try and get a refund after mailing the items back to them (additional cost to me), and NO refund.
You will be very lucky to get a satisfactory response to any messages you send. My advice is to stay away from this company & buy from a reputable company.
At least you got a order I have never received my dress and they say I didn't order it where is the order No yet they have my money since feb I don't trust them actually
