Amazingly confused and more than a little angry at present. i cancelled my account and have now realized that i'm still being charged the monthly fee?

The $49.95 VIP credit can be applied to any single item up to $80, a curated bundle, or a 2-for-1 Bundle (Any two items up to $39.95 each). However, it cannot be used on clearance or final sale items or any other promotions. If you are a vip member and you pay for your account do you get charged for the shoes that you want as well as the vip membership fee?

The majority of our products come from overseas due to the diversity of our supply chain. You can take advantage of our hassle-free 60-day returns and exchange policy starting from the shipment date (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size/color or you may also process a return for a store credit refund. You can process a return online and generate the pre-paid return label by visiting the order history and clicking "Return or Exchange". Our headquarters is in El Segundo, CA.

They just do. They give ABSOLUTELY ZERO $#*!S about customer service or satisfaction. I'm so disgusted I just canceled and will probably never use the $120 in "credits" they robbed me of, because it's impossible to get your money's worth without spending EXTRA. $#*! this

Question:

I have had £44 taken out of my paypal account which i did not authorise. paypal will not refund the money as they said that i set up a direct debit which i did not. how do i get the money refunded?

Answer:

Go into paypal and there is an area to cancel direct debit to make sure this does not continue to happen. Do it today. As for the other money taken. I don't know what to recommend.
