I ordered one item and got a different one. The Creme orchid was substituted for a white one without my permission and J&M want me to pay shipping for returning something I didn't order? Why? It was not my fault I received the wrong thing.

I too believe that the items are dropped shipped... I too have also purchased different items, all have come on time and I have not yet have had a problem and am very happy with the items ordered...

I have had orders shipped from different places. They don't have a central place from which things are shipped. I think they contract with different manufacturers/retailers and then the goods come direct. Never had any problems.

If memory serves the merchandise is shipped from the retailer that has contracted with Joss and Main.

Joleen, have you spoken to anyone from there customer service dept? I am sure they can help you out. They have always made thing right with any of my issues.

Call them again and explain the situation again. I wouldn't pay for shipping if they sent the wrong item or color. If they still tell you the same thing then ask to speak to a supervisor.
