A 6X (or XXXXXXL) is honestly a medium to a large in the states... at best!. They are NOT true plus sizes in any stretch of the imagination. They say that they are "Asian" sizes. Okay, so they website's in English, the prices are in American dollars, yet the sizes are Asian? Yet you never indicate a that your sizes are Asian on your website. I wonder why not? Especially when a "supposedly" 6X is not even a plus size as your advertise. When I questioned them they wanted me to take a picture to send them PLUS Mail it back at my expense which would have been more than the item cost. Call your local Post Office, they'll tell you. It's PRICEY! Not worth it... so we are stuck with miniature clothes (poorly made I might add) that don't fit us and Jollychic has rang up another sale under their belts! While we live and learn the hard way... they are making sales to unsuspecting customers. You've been warned. You'll be out your money, and upset. Not worth it.

I would agree that I believe that most of these answers are given by staff of this company, and also perhaps by employees who work in the U.S. offices for the company. I rarely buy clothes, I live on a very small income, but last summer my sister sent me some money as a gift and told me to buy myself something. So I did. Jolly chic clothes looked so nice, and the prices were so good. I am an overweight woman, so I carefully measured myself and then as per sizing instructions, I ordered 4 tops in 5x. I wear a 1X usually I live in Canada and buy a lot at Wal mart, and Sears. According to the sizing they gave, I could have ordered a 4x. Not one single top fit. One was so small I could not even get it closed, and so tight in the sleeves that they were like bounding bands. One was not the color I ordered, another all the seams on the inside of the blouse were not finished, big open gaps, and so much fraying. I spoke with the company numerous times. But they would not pay for shipping, and to ship them back would have cost more then the 100 dollars the order cost. If I had known up front that this company was based in China, I never would have ordered. It is only after you order and pay, then you get an email telling you the order is made in China. Very bad. The company is being investigated. I guess any company is going to get some orders right some of the time, but they got ALL of this order wrong. They have many other companies, branches that go under a different name. Sammy's dresses is one. Anytime you see any product that is really priced low, I would email and as them where they are based. And I would never order anything from China. I would not advice anyone to order from this company.
I haven't ordered anything from them yet. I live in the UK and managed to speak to 2 staff members on the 24/7 chat, one in chinese and one in english to ask about delivery dates. Based on what they've said, apparently they have had a unusually high amount of orders during this years sale season and that delivery will be slower than usual which will take at least 15 days or slightly more in total from the day you placed the order if by express, which it says will take 3-7 days to deliver. The other member told me they take 3-7 picking the items and then 5-10 days shipping them to you based on the courier and Based on bad reviews, people have mentioned that their items have arrived smaller than the size mentioned on the website. The team members said that the actual sizes run smaller than the western sizes, because in china, sizes are much smaller. For example if you are a UK 10, that is a china Large - chinese clothes are rarely found in a large size, so the product you order will be a little smaller (probably a M, maybe even a S if they haven't got M for that item). Also don't only use the size guide for picking your size, there are exact item measurements for each size of the item available under "item measurement" (if you scroll down a bit). A UK size 6 is a US 2 and a chinese S. When i asked if it would come exactly in a S, the girl said no, it would come smaller. SO ALWAYS ORDER AT LEAST A SIZE BIGGER. (e.g. If you are S, order an M) if you choose S it will be fine, but just a little tight apparently. TRUE CHINESE SIZES RUN SMALLER THAN WESTERN SIZES!
I did receive a free set of make-up brushes that were probably worth about $2 but it did arrive with my faulty garment. Hope this helps!
