Just received a beautiful dress however the color just won't work. my question is, how do i return this? it says i need a return ticket. can i return

Good luck trying to return a dress with them and actually getting your money back. It doesn't work out. I wish I looked on a site like this at all the negative reviews before I gave them any money at all. Whatever you do do not order anything else from them. They do not stand by what they say in the chats or messages. And you cannot trust the reviews on their website because they won't post anything that anybody has said that comes across as negative. Believe me I tried.
