All I can say is DO NOT BOTHER.! Dress was awful. I payed $360 and they offered me $25 refund which I never got. Bunch of scammers.

Same as above, one online sight based in China. Ball Gown was made badly, they don't honour their own policy. Will only refund $25 and dress cost $205. Still waiting for that! Order at your peril, I wish I had seen some reviews beforehand. Would never have bothered.

No no no... not reliable in the slightest! Their dresses are badly made copies of designer dresses, made in China with cheap materials. I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund, which took months. Please don't waste your time, money or energy on this fraud company. My wedding dress was beautiful on the picture, but what got sent to me was a monstrosity, a bad imitation of a designers gorgeous dress. Taking pictures and fraudulently trying to copy them very badly! Please steer clear!

My daughter bought a ball gown thru them and we had a bad experience.
The dress was made too small and they don't give refunds even though they tell you they will.
Your dress could be ok but don't expect a refund if anything goes wrong.
Also this company are based in China.
Not the UK or Australia like the website
