“Will not give you a refund!”

The Jadegowns website states that they have a "customer friendly returns policy". My daughter was sent a dress that was too small after sending them the measurements - they got it wrong and made the dress too small. When we enquired about getting a refund they said they would give us $25 when the dress cost over $200.
This is disgusting and definitely not "customer friendly"
I will NEVER buy from them again
