I ordered dress for my daughter's wedding and a month later I received the dress. It did not fit. Now I can not get them to send me return paperwork. They want me to measure the dress to see what is wrong because I special ordered. I did not send them my measurements. So am I out $150 that I spent for this dress that I can not wear. Gave me a email to send complaints but it is false email. Will not let me send. Never have I been treated so rudely or unconcerned about me the customer. What do I do?
