Track my order without an order number?

Yes I think you can in most cases I don't have an order number but when I give them my name and my email address they always seem to find my orders or the telephone number you have on file when you place your order

Hi did you try putting in the code that was offered to you when you first placed your order because sometimes that's a little tricky I sometimes myself miss the code and I have to call customer service or keep on emailing them and then I get my discount

My husband ordered a ring for me and i was curious as to how long it takes for you to process the order and ship it

I ordered a ring mid November. When I ordered it was stated 10-15 days delivery time. They sent me a tracking number FROM CHINA. The tracking number is saying it will arrive January 1! The name Italo is misleading and deceitful. I would have never ordered this if I had know it was coming from China. Based on the reviews I have read I will return the ring immediately upon arrival.

Good day, i sent an e-mail regarding a return on a gorgeous ring i purchased which is too large for my hand and i have not gotten a response.

Answer:

This is what happened to me. It took a month to receive it, and when it came, it was not like the photo. It has been a nightmare trying to return the ring. I have had to file claims with PayPal, my credit card company and FaceBook. Good luck to you.
