The only way for now to remove the iCloud Lock from an iDevice is through the Original owner. We have a service that can find all available iCloud Contact Information of your iPhone, so you can communicate with him/her and negotiate the iCloud Unlock of this device. You can order one from the following link: https://www.iphoneunlock.zone/icloud-contact-information-service/

You could. Just send your IMEI number to iphone unlock zone, let them check it for blacklisted and icloud lock status. After that they will inform what service you should purchase. The counting days start after you pay the purchase service, normally 5-6 working days will be done.
If you got unlocked from blacklisted status, do not to use the SIM Card from the same country of the blacklisted iPhone, it may ger relocked.

Hope this information useful. Thank you.

If it's I cloud locked then it's no use to search on internet

There is Actually No Way to Get Anywhere Pass This Point The Only solution is finding to old owner which isn't the eBay seller don't worry that has happen to me I bought an iPhone 5s before that was ICloud locked couldn't do anything so that was a waste of $100 so

First of all you must send IMEL to iphone unlock zone to search for you for the latest saved information for the phone ex.name ,contact no,address etc... Then after you must contact the previous owner to solve the problem.

I have been informed that there is no way unless you can get the icloud user and password. Only the police departnent could get the previous original owner information with apple in order to do a contact. Contact ebay seller to get the info/ return it / or use it for parts
