Thank you all who responded to my review question!
I called three times and spoke with three different people. I told each one " I want to refuse payment AND what is your company going to do to me because of refusing to pay"? ALL THREE reps told me the same thing! They would block my name. There is nothing they can do to me legally besides block my name. THE END
