Hi Elaine, I am glad you reached out to our customer support email, and we were able to send you the report. Unfortunately, SiteJabber doesn't send us notice of questions on a very timely basis (I just received a notification in the last 5 minutes, and you sent it 3+ days ago!). So the best way to reach us is just to email us directly. We are here to help!
HI Elaine, Not to worry, MP3 is just a type of audio file. We also offer a video version of the course and a text version of the course. So please use, whatever is most comfortable for you. As I just shared on your previous question, unfortunately, SiteJabber doesn't send us notice of questions on a very timely basis (I just received a notification in the last 5 minutes, and you sent it 3+ days ago!). So please email us directly and we can make sure you can get access to everything.
Hi Michael, Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we don't get into technical finance questions. My recommendation would be to connect with someone who was recently hired at your level and invested heavily in technical preparation to guide you. A recently minted MBA in finance could be a great resource to consider as well.
Hi Rachel, Thanks for the note. As an exec assistant, since you often face a steady stream of work instead of unique projects, it's understandable that this would be challenging for you. Yes, the program can help. We help you identify examples from your career, develop specific details to make your story stand out, and create a short but thorough and effective answer. One other thing that would be useful is to sit down with a friend or spouse or past co-worker, someone who knows your work and can help you come up with examples.
Hi Aylar, If your English language skills are limiting your success, the most important thing you can do is to develop those skills. For your interview, that means getting asked and practicing answering interview questions aloud with an English speaker. This program can help you with what questions you will be asked, what research to do before the interview, how to create effective answers, and how to communicate during the interview. If you aren't confident that you will understand the questions because of language though, fixing that problem is the most important. Practicing is what will help most.
Hi Jamie. Congratulations on the promotion opportunity. I would say that if your last interview was 15 years ago that it definitely can be helpful. In addition to the custom answers, I would definitely spend a fair bit of time in the Build Section / Prepare Your Story, so that you have effective examples of what you have done that prove you are ready for the promotion. If this is a significant leadership position, take a look in the bonus section for a leadership interview resource to help map out your vision. Hope that helps Jamie!
