I am glad you reached out to our customer support email, and we were able to send you the report.
Unfortunately, SiteJabber doesn't send us notice of questions on a very timely basis (I just received a notification in the last 5 minutes, and you sent it 3+ days ago!). So the best way to reach us is just to email us directly.
