Even thouugh i have over 2 gb of dat/a available i was charged $10 even on 8/9 and on 8/12. i cannot look at my usage any more and i have no idea what the hell you're doing. additionally, i was never told of any new rules or plans when tru connect took over. you just keep billing my credit card and not explaining why.

Answer:

This is a bad company. I would suggest contacting your credit card company and contesting the charges as being fraudulent. There are other companies which offer free or pay as you go internet connectivity. Internet on the Go is a bad company.

They did the same thing to me. Keep track of every call. I would contact the credit card company and contest the charges. You should consider returning your modem and getting your money back. This is a bad company. The best thing to do is cut your losses and find a reputable company to deal with.
