It is now 9 months after returning my Internet on the Go modem for a refund. I'm still waiting for the refund from the company. This is a bad company. Since then I have found free internet service from two different providers. Both providers work without any problem and without any drama. Although I lost my money dealing with Internet on the Go I found better companies and have since saved enough on internet usage to make up for my dealing with Internet on the Go.
