Internet on the Go is a SCAM - DO NOT BUY
It took 2 weeks for my Wireless Device to arrive, and in the last 2 weeks since I received it they cannot get it activated? How hard can it be to sell a device, activate a device and give good customer service. Save yourself a lot of frustration, Do not even consider it.

It is now 9 months after returning my Internet on the Go modem for a refund. I'm still waiting for the refund from the company. This is a bad company. Since then I have found free internet service from two different providers. Both providers work without any problem and without any drama. Although I lost my money dealing with Internet on the Go I found better companies and have since saved enough on internet usage to make up for my dealing with Internet on the Go.
Even thouugh I have over 2 GB of dat/a available I was charged $10 even on 8/9 and on 8/12. I cannot look at my usage any more and I have no idea what the hell you're doing. Additionally, I was never told of any new rules or plans when TRU CONNECT took over. You just keep billing my credit card and not explaining why.
