I have paid money to Indiafilings 2 weeks ago. They said I will get response within 3 days. But I never got any response except sms asking me to confirm my dob. After confirmation of dob, they went silent. I tried reaching them over phone, raised support tickets and through chat. If I call through phone they say the relationship manager is not available or on leave and they will ask the RM to call which never happened. In chat, they take requests only if it is for sale otherwise they transfer to someone who does not exists or does not respond to any queries. Support tickets, no response and no SLA. How do I get them to do the job ?
