HI, I have paid for opc 2 weeks back. After that, not got any response. Raised support ticket. No response. Called people, they said some one will call me again nothing happened. In chat window, they take only sales calls but no support. How to get service from them?

I had the same experience. They are very irresponsible and lethargic
