Neither A nor M knows how to fix Incredimail. I can't download emails as it stalls at downloading 1 of 1085 emails. None of the suggested fixes works. It is truly a piece of junk. After twenty years of being an Incredimail user it's lights out for an application ruined by improvements and "upgrades". Plus, they constantly want $$$$ to repurchase it over and over and over. I give Incredimail1/2 star of of 5 Buy Microsoft Outlook. You buy it once and use it. It downloads emails without stalling and Microsoft technicians take control of your computer and fix the problem. Simple.
