Hi Joseph! Not sure why you would not be getting a response as we do write back to any email ticket we receive so it may be that your email response from us is being sent to Junk/Spam. Also if you have Gmail please check your promotions tab as they sometimes send our emails there instead of Inbox. If you checked those and still no email it may be that our emails are being marked as SPAM from the email provider you are using. That is a good question but to be honest we have had some members who have entered in hundreds to win and then some have entered less than 10 per drawing. It's a drawing so it's all by chance but we do hope you win soon! Keep trying!
