Not sure why you would not be getting a response as we do write back to any email ticket we receive so it may be that your email response from us is being sent to Junk/Spam. Also if you have Gmail please check your promotions tab as they sometimes send our emails there instead of Inbox.
If you checked those and still no email it may be that our emails are being marked as SPAM from the email provider you are using.
You can contact Livechat agent to let them know and they can escalate to Resolution Team for further assistance.

I've never had a problem with them. Have you tried emailing them?
