Hi Jamie! If you are successfully completing surveys on Peanut Labs link from your InboxDollars account click the "transaction" link on your survey page and view your surveys taken. Select the survey shown and if it shows completed and there is no credit you can use the "report issue" link and Peanut Labs will review. You can also contact LiveChat for assistance as well - the link is in the Support Center.

So the old visa cards from chase bank can't be reloaded anymore

Hi Jordan, You are correct that the company that provided those cards ended their program back in June 2015 and we have full information in our Support Center that helps explain. If you had a card you would have received an email with that information as well. InboxDollars now has 3 ways to request payment and that is via Check, new Prepaid Visa Cards and eCards (Merchant Store Cards). Hi Marie! It may be that if you had not been on the account for a period of 6 months the account was removed but our LIveChat agents can be contacted 24/7 and can review your information directly. Even if your account is no longer active you can always create a new one!

I have clicked on several ads for inboxdollars and nothing comes up but a white screen i am getting the emails but it wont go to the web page anymore. i have been with you guys for years had lots of checks whats going on.

Hi Brenda! Sorry to hear you are having an issue but please note you can access our LiveChat agents 24/7 from the chat link located in the Support Center. If you are clicking on a PaidEmail and it is routing to a blank white page there could be a couple of things causing this with your browser. 1. Make sure you have popups enabled as the link in the PaidEmail is a link 2. If you are using 1 browser try another to see if that resolves the issue 3. Contact LiveChat and they can escalate your inquiry to have our Resolution team review and assist further.

Hi, my name is cynthia( cindi) i am a member of inbox dollars, i have started having some problems recently with getting in contact with someone to give me some answers. 1. i was to receive 7.00 for an offer, i took the offer, inbox only paid me 2.00 for it when it stated 7.00, i contacted inbox via the website and talked to a guy named victor, i have been trying to get this fixed since december, i have done everything victor has asked me to do to prove that it was 7.00 the only thing he has done has been giving me the run around. this man works for inbox and has no idea how much we are to get paid per offer, he should be looking in to this matter not me! 2. i had 50.00 in the main account and over 100.00 in the carried cash credits, i requested the 50.00, a screen popped up with a number i was supposed to call to verify it was me, well we had a power surge and i didn't get to write down the number i asked victor for it and he told me i had to have 50.00 before i could request money, i told him how much money i had in the account and once again i am having to prove the money was in my account, why do i have to prove this can someone not look at the account and see what is going on? i really am aggravated with this, i earned this money and i really need it please get this fixed it is not fair to me that i have to prove to you that i have that money in my account, shouldn't you already know this? please help me with this matter! thanks

Dear Cindi, I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue! In reading your note it appears you may be discussing another reward site similar to InboxDollars as our site does not have any "Carried Cash Credits" nor do we have a Screen Pop Up when requesting payments. Please check your account information with that other site as it could be a site with a similar name as ours and you will need to reach out to them directly for assistance. I do hope you get it resolved soon!

I cashed out and my check was processed on feb 3rd but i have yet to receive it and this is like my 10th time cashing out i always get a check and it always comes to my house 4 days after its processed it has now been ten days and i still haven't received it whats up?

Hi Samantha! It may be best to inquiry with the LiveChat Agent who is available 24/7 to see the status on your check. You can log into your account and check your Payment History from the Earnings page. Make sure your account was not inactive at the time payment processing was to occur. If your account did go inactive you can reactivate it by following the LEARN MORE link at the tope of the account page. If the account was not inactive and the payment was processed on Feb 3rd and it's been more than 7-10 business days then it's best to contact LiveChat agent who can forward your inquiry to the accounting department. Sometimes there can be a delay depending on the US Postal Service delivery schedule, weather, etc. We can make sure though that you receive your payment but again, just contact a LiveChat agent for assistance.
