Hi Jamie!
If you are successfully completing surveys on Peanut Labs link from your InboxDollars account click the "transaction" link on your survey page and view your surveys taken.
Select the survey shown and if it shows completed and there is no credit you can use the "report issue" link and Peanut Labs will review.
You can also contact LiveChat for assistance as well - the link is in the Support Center.
