Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from IMEI-Index staff and previous consumers.
Hello Amar, we do not provide Official IMEI iPhone Unlocks, but we can suggest you a few IMEI Unlock providers that we tested and verified. Please contact me through e-mail, so I can provide you such information! Thanks!
Hey Matthew, We only provide iPhone IMEI Check Services, we do not provide Official IMEI Unlocks, as I said to the previous question. We verified and tested one IMEI Unlock provider, and they turned out legitimate. Please send us an e-mail with your iPhone's details (SIM-Lock, Network, Blacklist and iCloud Lock/Find My iPhone statuses) and I will try to help you! Thanks!

Hey Rogelio, Unfortunately, Softbank Japan Network is considered one of the most difficult carriers to unlock. I haven't found yet an IMEI Unlock provider that can guarantee you a permanent unlock. Now, even if your iPhone is locked on Softbank, you should be able to access the iPhone, unless it is iCloud Locked. If it is iCloud Locked and it is also blacklisted, then the news are not very good I am afraid!
Hey Quy. After you complete your order, we will send you a PDF report to your e-mail. We usually send that almost instantly, but during the weekends (or late at night) it might take us a bit more! We are in the process of installing an automated script, which will send the IMEI Check report instantly to your e-mail, 24/7!
Hello, have you made an Official IMEI Unlock to your iPhone? If yes, your iPhone should not get re-locked again. Some unlocking services inform their customers that after an upgrade their iPhones might get locked again. If you make an official IMEI Unlock, this should not happen. I suggest to contact the person that unlocked your iPhone first, and then contact with the Mobile Network that locked it (Ask them why they locked it again). This can also happen, if your iPhone is blacklisted! Hope that helped!
