Hello Tahj. Can you please be more specific? Your iPhone is blacklisted by a Mobile Network or on iCloud? If it is blacklisted by a Mobile network then you need to tell us from WHICH carrier it got blacklisted. If it is blacklisted on iCloud, then there is not much we can do: S
