I have got an iPhone which is blacklisted and locked to EE UK network, can I get this unlocked ? how much does it cost.

Hey Ambadas. It is possible to unlock this iPhone, but after the unlock you will not be able to use it inside UK. There are no services that can remove the Blacklist status from a EE UK iPhone, only the original owner can do that.
