Yes, you will most likely have to pay customs duty and or taxes to import your package into India. These taxes can be significant, so you may want to do some research with Indian Customs before placing your order.

Usually if you use DHL shipping you should receive your order in 3 to 4 days barring any customs issues. Please review our shipping policy and customs acceptance before you finalize your order. We do our best to not ship items that may be stopped at customs but customs policies can change without notice from the inspecting country.

I still have not received my parcel and it has been 4 weeks. the confirmation email sent from iherb has tracking info and when i clicked on the link it took me to fedex. i called fedex and they told me this was a scam. when i checked out at iherb i chose hermes express delibery.

Please contact iHerb customer service directly and they can help you with your order. The package could be held in customs or awaiting pick up due to a missed delivery or incorrect information.

Be careful! It depends on which country you are living in, but iHerb.com certainly don't know how to handle international transactions.
