Answer:

Indian Customs do require you to pay customs fees and taxes which can be pretty high. Since laws change so quickly with customs, it would be a good idea to check with customs to see the latest requirements and fees. Most packages get delivered to India with in 5 to 7 business days.

Answer:

I completely understand your concern as well. IHerb is a US company who sends it products all over the world. Unfortunately some customers are not familiar with International Shipping and they get surprised when their customs office asks them to pay import duties and taxes. These fees are completely out of iHerb's control and we do not profit from them. Also, we have different shipping methods, some that are express and are quick to deliver but cost more money and others that are more reasonably priced, but take longer to be delivered. If you would like to give me the destination country I gave give more specific information about the shipping methods and delivery times available to you to help you make an informed decision.
