How is their return policy? Do they honor it?

They do not honor anything in my experience. You pay to buy it, you pay to ship it back, you pay for parts to fix it, they don't refund your money. Buyer beware.

30 days that's it must be in the 30 day return window that is the current policy changes. After 30 days working or not it's your computer
