Answer:
Impossible. I ordered a unit and was never answered by email with any questions and the phone was busy at all times. In 2020 I dont remember the last time I called a company (especially a tech company) and didn't at least get put in a que on the phone.

They do not honor anything in my experience. You pay to buy it, you pay to ship it back, you pay for parts to fix it, they don't refund your money. Buyer beware.

As soon as they have your money you are nothing until you give them more! Go somewhere else. Alienware and Falcon NW.
