How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at iBuyPower?

Impossible. I ordered a unit and was never answered by email with any questions and the phone was busy at all times. In 2020 I dont remember the last time I called a company (especially a tech company) and didn't at least get put in a que on the phone.

IMPOSSIBLE. Frequent disconnections, ridiculous wait times, unconcerned staff. Dismal.
