It is just about impossible to speak to anything but a bit and if the bot doesn't like your answers, it just hangs up on you. I finally go into line to speak to an agent. Impossible-so many dissatisfied customers the phone line is always wait. They have no callback feature and do not even give you a position in a queue so it is a crap shoot.
