House of Beauty is a scam retailer. Check their BBB rating and don't rely on SiteJabber or TrustPilot reviews b/c House of Beauty pads their reviews and pays SiteJabber and TrustPilot. They post generic responses to these sites within 24hrs but won't respond to your emails or answer their phone.

Yeah, they rip off allot of people and don't answer their phones. Would never use them again.
