Hi! I have booked and payed a hotel through hoteling.com and wonder how it will be when the company has gone bankrupt? Or is everything fine with my booking? I have contacted the hotel and they say that my booking is cancelled and the payed is charging in my credit card. You have to get my money back as soon as possible. I want to call you because I need an explain about it. I send many mails and I didn´t receive any answer.

Hi hoteling.com, i have made a booking through trivago for novotel al barsha, dubai. the dates i input to trivago have changed when i was directed to hoteling.com. the booking is now for a date that i am not in dubai, but the money has been taken form my account. please can you change the booking date if i provide you with the correct details? i've spoken with the hotel direct and they need confirmation form hoteling.com before they can change the reservation. many thanks. michael.

I had a similar experience with them. I added 2 adults, and one kid when I was booking my hotel, but they reserved only for one adult and one kid. And they was one stupid rule of not making any changes before 7 days. They totally spoiled our vacation. When other compettiors are ready to change the bookings 48 hrs before why do these people need 7 days. Thats terrible. I suggest not to go with Hoteling ever again.

I booked, but had to change something so the instructions say easiest way to do that is to cancel and rebook so i did that and was charged 20%. so i rebook and never received a confirmation. please help.

I have made a reservation and paid in full, got email from you guys back with confirmation booking number, but, when i called hotel to confirm reservation they didn't find me in the system, how long will it take if any for them to have all of my info, i'm very concerned due to all negative reviews
