Hi! I have booked and payed a hotel through hoteling.com and wonder how it will be when the company has gone bankrupt? Or is everything fine with my booking? I have contacted the hotel and they say that my booking is cancelled and the payed is charging in my credit card. You have to get my money back as soon as possible. I want to call you because I need an explain about it. I send many mails and I didn´t receive any answer.
I had a similar experience with them. I added 2 adults, and one kid when I was booking my hotel, but they reserved only for one adult and one kid. And they was one stupid rule of not making any changes before 7 days. They totally spoiled our vacation. When other compettiors are ready to change the bookings 48 hrs before why do these people need 7 days. Thats terrible. I suggest not to go with Hoteling ever again.
