If i need to change a flight after i purchased how do i go about?

Answer:

You spend days exchanging emails with people who don't understand English. Then eventually maybe someone will call but that probably won't be much better. Hopper is incredibly frustrating if you need to change anything

I have some serious concerns about my trip in 10 days and it appears hopper have a very serious customer response problem. please get in touch!

Answer:

They don't provide proper customer service. It took 5 days to try and change my flight by then it was too late and I booked another flight with the airline. After that I cancelled the first half of my trip because I bought Hoppers cancelation insurance. The airline will not recognize Hopper and charged me 200 dollars cancellation fees per flight. Hopper is a disaster. I will never use them. My lesson cost me $1435 dollars.

Answer:

No. They have no customer service and are impossible to get in touch with if your flight gets cancelled or delayed.

They have no customer service and do not honor their refund policy it appears.
