You spend days exchanging emails with people who don't understand English. Then eventually maybe someone will call but that probably won't be much better. Hopper is incredibly frustrating if you need to change anything
They don't provide proper customer service. It took 5 days to try and change my flight by then it was too late and I booked another flight with the airline. After that I cancelled the first half of my trip because I bought Hoppers cancelation insurance. The airline will not recognize Hopper and charged me 200 dollars cancellation fees per flight. Hopper is a disaster. I will never use them. My lesson cost me $1435 dollars.
