They don't provide proper customer service. It took 5 days to try and change my flight by then it was too late and I booked another flight with the airline. After that I cancelled the first half of my trip because I bought Hoppers cancelation insurance. The airline will not recognize Hopper and charged me 200 dollars cancellation fees per flight. Hopper is a disaster. I will never use them. My lesson cost me $1435 dollars.
