I cant find a tracking number on my order about how long does it take for an order to be shipped and once shipped how long does it take to receive

Hey Misty We ship all of our orders from our Hollar distribution center in Los Angeles, California. After an order is placed, the expected delivery time is 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order ships. Can you please send our customer support team an email at support@hollar.com with your order number? Hi Nora! The standard shipping timeframe is 5 - 8 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays) from the order date. All orders are shipped from our Cincinnati, OH warehouse.
