Yeah, how do I get their customer service to do right by me? They're just awful! Jacket has to be remade, whoever I'm dealing with on email isn't very concerned that I spent good money and got a terribly-made suit. I swear, on their website, they only post people who have had good experiences, and I doubt they'll post mine. Making me have the pants altered by a tailor, which I didn't have before purchasing this suit. Bought one from amazon.com (DKNY) and it fit perfectly for less money and better quality! SMFH
