Due to the fact that every product is 100% individually custom-tailored and handcrafted just for you, we do not refund the total amount of the order in any case. This is standard practice for custom-tailored products as there is no resale value.

There is NO returns policy or rather is is their policy to refuse any returns or refunds. Avoid this scam of a company that has had to change brands due to poor reviews.

Let's resume my experience in hockerty
41 days I am waiting my order
First you sent it to a wrong address
Then the 19th of december you wrote me that a new order will be created and I would get the order in maximum 15 days that means around the 4th January
The 3rd January you wrote me that the order hasn't been prepared yet and it would take more 10 days before being sent
I said for the last time: ok...
But now that last delay hasn't been respected like the two previous ones, it has been 41 days I am waiting and I am tired of that situation
None delay has been respected and therefore I do have the right to claim a refund

I think i am a cool guest. I have allowed you to postpone my order three times. I told you: ok, take your time but the most important for me is that the order will be in right measures and in a good quality
I am even not sure I will get it in good conditions according to the reviews I have read. But when I see how serious your company is about the timeframe, I start to be very sceptical
I have not much money. I can afford myself buying something for myself once in a couple of years
If honestly you think you can't send me my order in a respectful timeframe and in a good measurements and shape... so let me know and let's proceed to the delete of the order.

The return policy is listed on the website that due to the suits being custom, they can not be returned. Hockerty did offer to cover most of the cost of my alterations which I needed to be done quickly.
