Don't order from this website! They are scammers and liars and dont honor their return policy! The dresses look nothing like the picture and they will not refund you your money! Save your money!

Trying to find out how to return dresses cant get a reply

They don't seem to allow returns. They asked for a picture which I sent and they said that they see no problem. The dress they sent looks nothing like the dress on the website. I have requested a return form several times and have not received any cooperation. I made this request to them with 7 days.

Why do you sell dresses that are not what is shown in the picture and then refuse to refund?!?

Answer:

We are having the exact same issue. Not at all representative of the website (dress or policy). DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. Wal-mart could provide a better product for less.

You have to email them to request a refund and provide pictures. service@hebeos.ca. However, beware, they are very unlikely to offer a refund. They are a $#*! company.

My daughter's dress came today. it is the wrong dress design and does not fit. am i doomed to never get a refund? any suggestions?

Answer:

No you will never get a refund. Ive been trying for a week others have been trying for months. All they do is ask for a photo of the dress sent and never reply. I suggest you file a complaint with e commerce.gov and link this site to all the YouTube videos with reviews.
