Is heatwave sauna store a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

This is a scam! Stay away! I ordered & paid for a sauna & was continually lied to that the warehouse had shipped it... just wait for the tracking information. This went on for 3 months. They even agreed to upgrade my purchase, but that just dragged it out for another 2 months. When I asked for a refund, I was told they would give one & they never did.
