“This website is a scam”

I ordered a sauna. It was never shipped. I was lied to for 3 months, "I don't know why the warehouse hasn't shipped it? I'll check with my the manager..." After months of being lied to, I asked for a refund & never got my money back. A search of this business turned up a small little shop in Massachusetts where one guy, Sean, takes all the calls & drags out the lies. The website is convincing, but this is a well laid out scam. If you are looking for a sauna, spend your money elsewhere & save yourself the grief of being scammed out your hard earned cash.

“Looks like I got scammed too... I used PayPal so hopefully they will get me my money back. I too only dealt with "Sean" on Chat and phone. I should have searched for this review first.:-(”
