American Signature - honest business that stands behind their products

We were highly surprised to find that Rooms To Go and American Signature have better quality furniture than Havertys. We didn't buy anything at Havertys after we saw the manager arguing with a customer in the middle of the showroom. It sounded like the customer had a bad delivery and the manager was reluctant on helping them resolve the problem. It was a clear sign for us not to shop at Haverty's.

American Signature is a lot better with product quality and customer service. Havertys failed in both areas so we went to American Signature after canceling our bedroom nightmare at Havertys

Ashleys Home Store was our store of choice. We received our furniture with no delay and free delivery. Havertys delivery prices were outrageous and furniture was overpriced. We checked the manufacturer label under the dining chairs and they were made in Vietnam or China. Dining set was not made of solid wood which salesperson insisted it was all wood. For $4500 we expected better quality from Havertys. Ashley dining room set cost $1985 and they delivered for free.

Rooms To Go had better choices and prices. Great delivery service too.
