on 10/4/19Havertys Customer Service is a JOKE! The representative we spoke with were rude and obnoxious. We were the paying customers and had to deal with minimum wage employee who don't give a damn as long as they put in their 8 hrs. Haverty's has changed to low end furniture. You might as well buy on Overstock, Amazon or Wayfair. At least their customer service reps are accommodating and courteous.
Havertys customer service took about 20 minutes to talk to someone and all they offered was a small discount to keep all the damaged furniture as is without a warranty. We were also missing usb cords for nightstands. We canceled our order at Havertys and received a full refund after calling their corporate offices in Atlanta Georgia
