When you order your trial, it's definitely supposed to ship within the next day or two, so if it's still stuck in transit there must be something wrong with the order. There was no reply to your email? Our CX team would not have just responded to you with a copy of your original note, unless in error. If you respond again, that's the team that can take care of you (the only way for you to get the refund is through that team, but they will be happy to oblige).
