I ordered a trial on November 24. The ad said: Ships Today! On December 12 I see it's still being shipped. This is ridiculous. I assume you are just waiting to bill me for blades before I've even had a chance to try the damn thing.

Really sorry about the delay, Steve. When you order your trial, it's definitely supposed to ship within the next day or two, so if it's still stuck in transit there must be something wrong with the order. If you email help@harrys.com our Customer Experience team will be more than happy to look into that, and rest assured we'll take care of you and make sure you aren't buying anything that you don't want!
