Horrid. Almost an hour. I told one person my issue. Then another thirty minute wait.
Never did get through to them on phone, email nor their website.
Nope, the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Harry&David should be absolutely ashamed of their customer service! They dont call back, on homd 25 mins then hung up on.
Very difficult. Very long wait times. Email customer service is not responsive.
SUPER easy. I emailed about ingredients and received an email back the next day.
