In the past this company offered excellent quality products--albeit a bit overpriced. Now the price is the same (or higher) but the quality has definitely gone downhill. Not sure if the company was bought out or what, but... I will never order from them again. They have done permanent damage to their reputation and their customer base is eroding quickly.

I pick Harry and David and will continue to pick Harry and David because they provide excellent products consistently.

I have used Harry and David for decades with good experience until last few years.

I've had good experiences in the past. Never again.

The thanksgiving menu and pictures looked delicious but obviously just a fake

I made sure to chose items that said WILL ARRIVE BY MOTHERS DAY and they did. The quality is always good, but their customer service and shipping times were great enough that I was compelled to rate them online.

The quality has always been high, so I paid a shit-ton for my mom's Christmas gift. Then they did not deliver for two months. She called the third--we will see if she finally gets something. Grr.

As a T-Mobile customer, I received a $25 discount on any purchase of $50 or more. T-Mobile Tuesdays

Used to be a reputable company until it was taken over by whoever... now the customer service is bad and the website has products that are not H&D so if you try to place an order the person you're talking to can only do the H&D products then you get to talk to yet another person.
