I made sure to chose items that said WILL ARRIVE BY MOTHERS DAY and they did. The quality is always good, but their customer service and shipping times were great enough that I was compelled to rate them online.
The quality has always been high, so I paid a $#*!-ton for my mom's Christmas gift. Then they did not deliver for two months. She called the third--we will see if she finally gets something. Grr.

used to be a reputable company until it was taken over by whoever...now the customer service is bad and the website has products that are not H&D so if you try to place an order the person you're talking to can only do the H&D products then you get to talk to yet another person.
