Hi, I have a claim outstandig with you, and have e-mailed & telephoned but cant get an answer. I wanted to know the progress of my claim.

They will probably fob you off that you need to wait over 19 weeks for a reply. Don't hold your breath with them obtaining a rate reduction for you.
