Has anyone taken legal action or reported them to Trading Standards previously? I am considering my options after suspecting I am another victim in their scam after many empty promises and no progress.

Scam company with standard copy & paste Emails. Sole aim is to get your money. Do not believe anything they say.

Scam stay away from this company who promise the world and delvier nothing

Agree with other posts - total scam, after over a year corresponding with them, they've responded to our phone call with a standard email, saying time has run out to appeal. They didn't even have the courtisy to let us know they'd missed the deadline. £1,400 down the drain. Don't believe a word they tell you.

The company is legit as in all set up through company house etc but practice is fraudulent. Complete and utter scammers. Cannot wait to see more negative reviews so they finally stop trying to scam then terrorising small businesses.

Total scam, complete frauds. Don't believe the copy and pasted response from the company.

Scam company, avoid unless you want to loose a lot of money

Scam company. I work from home, pay no business rates. They used an old email address, claimed to have examined my rating valuation (which doesn't exist) for a business name that hasn't been used for over 10 years. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Absolute scam company avoid they will take your money and not fulfil what they assured you and if you contest these payments you will be threatened with court action

For the record, the Company is legitimate. We are aware that there are some detrimental comments posted online and we have contacted the individuals who have posted them in order to resolve their concerns.
